1. Live Courses and Digital Products
Due to the digital and educational nature of our courses (delivered live via Zoom), we do not issue refunds once the course has started, except in exceptional cases detailed in this policy.
2. Refund Requests
You may request a refund within the first 48 hours after making your payment, provided that the course has not yet started.

4. Courses Purchased by Mistake
If you made a payment by mistake, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate your case individually, provided that the course has not started and you have not accessed any exclusive material.
5. Schedule or Group Changes
Refunds will not be issued due to schedule incompatibility. We recommend reviewing the available times carefully before making a payment. However, if spots are available, we can help you switch to another group at no additional cost.
